First off, congrats to Vivian who had to overcome some brutal months to be finally accepted into Deakin. You deserve it! And you owe me a free consultation!
Next off, I would just like to say, thanks to my friends (most who don't read here) for being some really awesome friends. This would include my Biomed friends, most of whom I've gotten to know better in 2nd year and 3rd year. It was a crazy ride, and I wouldn't have it any other way with anyone else. And thanks for putting up with me.
Of course this most certainly applies to my high school friends in Melbourne, especially the gang I used to hang out with, and thank God we still do. I hanged out with one of them today in Jakarta, and I got to see his pug(!). It was such a cute pug. It listens to both English and Indo commands!
Anyways, we had a very interesting conversation regarding where we would be in a few years. He told me his mom would like for him to come back to Indonesia for good, and some of my other friends in the gang also may return back too. I felt kinda heavy hearted. I've known most of them in Year 10, and we did have some disagreements along the way, but for the most part, the time I've hanged out with them were some of the best times of my lives. Things wouldn't be the same if someone left. But I guess I should live for the moment and worry about it when it does come. But I think from my posts you can tell I'm really pessimistic, and I like to overthink of stuff. But this I think I'll just have to let slide.
Merry Christmas.
